Zimbabwe has many appealing places to visit either during vacation or free time. The sites are connected with the outstanding Zimbabwean culture. Victoria Falls

You will be doing great harm to yourself if you visit Zimbabwe and fail to have an experience of the magnificent Victoria Falls. The ideal time to visit the fall is between the month of July and August. During the summer season, when there is no obstruction by mist from viewing the fall, that’s the best time to spoil yourself. Bulawayo is one of the most visited towns in Zimbabwe after Harare. The city is rich in American culture since Americans have been residing there from 1960s. Moreover, the town has a unique, attractive flower that serves as a tourist attraction. There are some museums located in the city including, Railway Museum that has a passenger train used by colonists back in 1904.

Mutare town

The Great Zimbabwe Ruins

This ruin is known globally for its group set of traditional stones that were built within 13th and 15th centuries back in the days of Munumatapa kingdoms. One is in a position to view the architectural design behind the ruins and have a walk in the museum that has the history of the ruins.

Hwange National Park

The park which is found on the southern sides of Victoria Falls is a home to several wild animals that attract a massive number of both local and international tourists annually. Example of the animals includes elephants, hippos, and giraffes.

Matopos National Park

Apart from it being the home of several wild animals, the park is also known for some historical and geographical features. The park has granitic stones that are neatly and accurately placed on top of one another and kept by Bushmen paintings. It’s at the same park where Cecil Rhodes was buried.

Mana polo

People majorly visit the place to watch the elephants, tigers, giraffes, hippos, lions, and several different wild animals. Besides watching the wild animals, one can go fishing but only with permission from the authority.

Lake Kariba

The lake provides one with an avenue to boat race and view the Mutusonda wild park. One can also have a privilege of fishing within the lake.
